Dr Mark Hudson-Peacock is a Director of Doctors Club Ltd.
From 1996 -2014 a consultant dermatologist and dermatological surgeon for East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. Since then, he has continued in an honorary capacity. Following his 5 years as Clinical Lead, the Friends Department of Dermatology was established, based on a hub and spoke model, to deliver excellence in Dermatological care across East Kent. His dermatological interests include: dermatological surgery, especially facial skin cancer and its reconstruction, photodynamic therapy, laser surgery and inflammatory skin diseases. He regularly teaches across East Kent to help improve standards in skincare delivery at every level. Along with his wife, also a doctor, they set up the Canterbury Skin and Laser Clinic in 2003, a CQC approved clinic providing excellence in healthcare of the skin, highlighted in the Parliamentary Review of Private Healthcare in 2014/15 as a clinic providing cutting edge treatments and innovation in the field of private Dermatology. The clinic is one of only seventeen clinics in the world to have received the What Clinic award for Customer Service eight times, when the award was given again in 2018. Also, in 2018, it won the Kent Health and Beauty Award (HABA) for the best Aesthetic Clinic in Kent for the second time.
In late 2012 he became the MD/Medical Director of a company to bring a new treatment for haemorrhoid disease to the UK from the USA, with 14 clinics being established in the UK. As a consequence of compliance issues in the USA, he set up a new UK company, eXroid Technology Ltd, to re-enter the market in 2018 with UK manufacturing and regulatory approval, and with the aim of bringing safer, simpler outpatient haemorrhoid treatment to both the NHS and private sectors.
